Encryption in transit and at rest
HTTPS delivery and encrypted AWS storage help protect documents as they move and while they are stored.
Security & trust
eSignAccord is designed to protect business documents and preserve clear authorization boundaries from preparation through completion.
We describe implemented safeguards and product principles only. eSignAccord does not claim unconfirmed certifications, approvals or legal guarantees.
HTTPS delivery and encrypted AWS storage help protect documents as they move and while they are stored.
Public signing is authorized by a secure, token-scoped link for the intended recipient.
Raw signing tokens are not stored; server-side lookup uses a cryptographic hash.
Authenticated workflows derive workspace and user context server-side and enforce package access within that boundary.
Administrative and public signer experiences use separate authorization paths, scoped to the work each actor may perform.
Package lifecycle events, signer activity, timestamps and completion evidence remain connected to the package record.
Security & trust
Business users work inside an authenticated workspace. Signers use a dedicated package link. Both paths converge on the same controlled Documents Package without exposing unrelated workspace data.
AWS
The current product foundation uses AWS-hosted application, storage and delivery services with HTTPS-first access and managed encryption for document storage.
